Anselma House

In 1993 the Founders of Alpha Omega chose Anselma House as our main philanthropy. Anselma House is a local shelter for women who have dealt with domestic violence.

Anselma House is run by Women's Crisis Services of Waterloo Region (WCSWR), where they dedicate their time to helping women all over the Waterloo region.

With the support of the Laurier community and Greek Life, Alpha Omega raises thousands of dollars each year to donate to Anselma House.

On June 17th, 1998, Alpha Omega received an award from Anselma House in recognition of the sorority's fundraising and volunteer contributions.
